By accessing or using Website Importer ("the Plugin", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Kilo Volts Lab, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Website Importer is a plugin that allows users to import websites into Webflow. The Service analyzes website structure and content, then recreates the layout, styles, scripts, and text content within the user's Webflow workspace. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that every website will import perfectly or that all features will be preserved.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for determining whether you have the right to import any website or content.
• Importing a website without proper authorization may constitute copyright infringement, which could result in legal action against you.
• We do not verify ownership rights or permissions for websites you choose to import.
• We are not responsible for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the Service to import content you do not have rights to.
• If you import a website without proper authorization, you may be personally liable for copyright infringement and any associated legal consequences.

Disclaimer: Kilo Volts Lab, LLC does not endorse or encourage the unauthorized use of copyrighted material. This Service is intended for legitimate use cases where users have the right to import the websites they process. Any misuse of the Service is the sole responsibility of the user.

• The Service is offered on a pay-per-page basis, with pricing calculated based on website complexity (number of elements and images).
• All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
• Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Once payment is completed and the import has been initiated, refunds are not available unless the Service fails to perform as described.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect imports already paid for.

Invoice Number: Your Invoice Number is included in the invoice you receive from Stripe after payment. You can use this Invoice Number to reference your purchase when contacting support.

• If the Service fails to import the requested website due to a technical issue on our end, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the source website's structure, dynamic content limitations, or factors outside our control.
• To request a refund, contact us at deal@kvolts-lab.com with your Stripe Invoice Number (found in your payment invoice) and a description of the issue.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Need your Invoice Number? Check your email for the receipt from Stripe. The Invoice Number is listed in the invoice. You can also find it in your Stripe dashboard if you have an account.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Import speed depends on various factors including your network connection, computer performance, and Webflow's servers.
• Very complex websites with a large number of elements may require additional processing time.
• Single-page applications (SPAs) and sites with heavy client-side routing have limited support.
• Dynamic content such as forms, comments, and interactive elements may require manual setup after import.
• Custom fonts, animations, and complex interactions may need manual verification and adjustment.
• We do not guarantee that every website will import perfectly or that all features will be preserved.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KILO VOLTS LAB, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KILO VOLTS LAB, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC IMPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH THE CLAIM IS BROUGHT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kilo Volts Lab, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright infringement related to websites you import; or (d) any claims arising from content you import using the Service.

• Importing websites you do not have the legal right to use or reproduce
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
• Using the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any payment or access controls
• Using the Service to import malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
